Lead SEO Specialist

At Session Interactive, we run a fully remote digital marketing agency focused on SEO, Analytics, and Paid Lead Generation. We are looking for a strong SEO team member to help improve our client results and also our own internal SEO performance.

We are an exciting, fast-growing company with ample opportunity for advancement and long-term compensation potential for someone who’s great at the role and a good fit with our culture (fun, driven, entrepreneurial).

This is a part-time role with the potential to turn into full-time for the right person. We’re looking for someone with experience creating strong results for mid-market and enterprise businesses.

This role will start out at roughly 10-20 hours per week, with the potential for up to 40 hours based on performance.


  • Determining effective SEO strategies for our clients and setting goals around keywords, pages, rankings, etc.
  • Taking the lead role on performing “SEO Roadmaps” for clients (a detailed SEO audit and strategy)
  • Quarterly reporting back to clients on the progress we’ve made on our SEO goals as well as identifying potential areas for improvement
  • Communicating client details to our SEO operations team on Slack & Google Sheets regarding various SEO project-based and campaign-related tasks
  • Improving our own SEO at Session Interactive


  • Be active on our slack channel and fairly responsive – doesn’t have to be immediate, but ideally, you can reply within a couple of hours.
  • Meet and strategize with clients on regularly scheduled weekly video conference meetings
  • Email clients directly regarding SEO strategy and ongoing tasks
  • Hours don’t have to be strictly within 9 am-5 pm, but availability during the normal working hours is ideal to adhere to client schedules as needed
    • Primary hours are within the MST timezone
  • Occasionally hop on sales prospect as needed
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • English as a first language is preferred, but not required.

Skills we're looking for:

  • Excellent understanding of overall SEO – both on-page, off-page, and technical and proven experience getting results for clients
  • Solid understanding of link building and anchor text selection
  • Advanced working knowledge of the following tools:
    • GSC and GA
    • Ahrefs, SEMrush, ScreamingFrog, etc
    • Google Trends
    • Basic SERP
    • All Google products including, slides, docs, and sheets
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Gets things done on time (if you say X will be good to go on Thursday, it gets done on Thursday)

Operations Manager

We are Session Interactive, a dynamic and fast-growing digital marketing agency, and we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of our marketing operations, including the project management process, learning management process, sales process, and other functions. The Operations Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of our digital marketing programs, campaigns, and initiatives. The candidate must have a strong background in marketing technology and project management.

This role will start out at roughly 10-20 hours per week, with the potential for up to 40 hours based on performance.


  • Manage all aspects of digital marketing operations, including our project management tool, sales process, learning management process, etc. 
  • Develop and implement process automation strategies for all aspects of all client engagement from start to finish.
  • Successfully build-out process for internal Session Interactive team members focused on onboarding, management, hiring, and offboarding.
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive digital marketing learning management database within SLAB focused on core service deliverables, working directly with the practice area leads to gaining insight and building a complete training structure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including SEO, SEM, analytics, and content, to develop and execute improvement processes for each channel.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing technologies, trends, and best practices.

In addition, the Marketing Operations Manager will:

  • Manage the digital sales process and ensure that the digital marketing team is aligned with the sales team’s objectives.
  • Work closely with the digital sales team to develop and implement lead qualification and scoring processes within our CRM. 
  • Implement and manage a digital learning management system to ensure that the digital marketing team is trained on the latest digital marketing technologies and best practices.
  • Develop and implement a digital project management framework to ensure that all digital marketing initiatives are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in digital marketing operations or a related field within a digital marketing agency context.
  • Experience with project management and learning management tools
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Slack, and other Google products, etc. 
  • Strong data analysis skills and experience with data visualization tools 
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional digital marketing teams.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple digital marketing priorities in a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Ability to think strategically and drive results.
